This is a Bulletin Board System developed in PHP and MySQL as a database.
The Bulletin Board System is a forum which can be used to post messages and other items of importance. Others can view the messages posted and if the viewer wishes to reply to the message, they can do so by replying to the message instantly. Their reply is instantly posted in the bulletin board. Existing messages can also be searched.
It also consists of the administrative interface for managing the posts.
